Delivery terms
On delivery, all items should be signed for by an individual who is at least 18 years old. Although we will make every attempt to deliver all of your items on schedule, we will not be held accountable if we are unable to do so due to events beyond our control. We will deliver your purchase at the delivery address's main entrance. Our driver may bring your order inside the delivery address at your request, such as to a specific floor in an apartment building or into your kitchen, but only if the driver has your consent and considers that doing so is safe and reasonable.
